At times, it may seem as though Jesus is hidden—Scripture even shows moments when He withdrew from the crowds who were seeking Him. But when we look closer, we see that Jesus wasn’t hiding from us... He was seeking God. In His quiet retreats, He pursued the one thing that mattered most: deep communion with the Father.
