 designed to offer encouragement\, understanding\, and practical help as yo
 u prepare for the season ahead. Together\, we’ll hear from grief experts
  and others who understand loss\, learn helpful ways to navigate holiday c
 hallenges\, and have an opportunity to connect with others in a safe\, sup
 portive environment.\nThere is no pressure to share—you’re welcome to 
 participate in the conversation or simply listen.\nYou’ll also receive a
  Holiday Survival Guide with practical tools for handling difficult emotio
 ns\, changing traditions\, social events\, and more.\nJoin us Saturday\, O
 ctober 24 from 12:00–2:00pm. Cost is $8 per person. You don’t have to
